With 30 years of professional experience practicing law, Eduardo is currently a Senior Attorney and Partner at Axios Law in Panama. His company serves as the Four Worlds Foundation’s Registered Agent in the Republic of Panama. His core areas of expertise are in the structuring and administration of trusts and fiduciary services in general, estate planning, company law, and in compliance and money laundering techniques. Eduardo has been a long-term friend and personal advocate of the mission of the Four Worlds Foundation in Panama, helping to establish its operations at the City of Knowledge (Ciudad del Saber) in 2009 when then a Partner at the Law Firm of Morgan and Morgan, Panama’s largest International Law Firm.
Eduardo holds law degrees from the Universidad Santa María la Antigua, Panama (LLB – 1991) and the University of London, King’s College, in the United Kingdom–. Master´s Degree in Law (Tax and Trusts) (LLM) – 2005.
Eduardo is fluent in his native Spanish as well as Italian and English. He holds memberships in the National Bar Association of Panama, The Law Society of England and Wales, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and the Panama Compliance Officers Association (ASOCUPA).
