The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (CMNUCC) was held December 1-12, 2014 at the Military Barracks of the Peruvian Army in Lima, Peru. Executive Director, Giuseppe Villalaz, represented the Four Worlds Foundation, participated in events such as the Global Indigenous Caucus, Youngos, and the subsidiary sessions on climate change.
